Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before pickup free of charge, using the link in your confirmation email. Inside the 24-hour window a 50% charge applies; no-show bookings are billed in full.
Airport pickups with flight monitoring are never considered no-show when the flight itself is cancelled — write us and we will void the booking.

Securely online at booking by card (Visa / Mastercard) with 3-D Secure. Payment is taken at the time you book — there is no cash or on-arrival option.
What happens if my flight is late?
Flight monitoring runs automatically on airport pickups. Your driver adjusts to the new arrival time — no call needed, no extra charge.
Can I book a return trip?
Yes. Pick "Return" in the trip-type toggle on step 1, set both dates, and the same driver handles the round-trip at one quoted price.
Is there a child seat option?
Child and booster seats are available as booking extras on step 3. Seats are fitted before pickup; no extra wait at the curb.
Which currency am I charged in?
Pick EUR or USD at step 1 and the entire quote (route + extras) is computed in that currency. Your card is charged in that currency at booking.
