Corporate travel

Monthly billing, named drivers, one dispatcher across every executive and visiting-guest transfer.

Overview

How a corporate account works

For companies running regular executive transfers, conference shuttles, or visiting-guest logistics across Georgia, we operate on a retainer model: monthly invoicing in EUR or USD, named drivers assigned to your account, and a single point of contact for every request.

Typical engagements include airport runs for flying-in executives, office-to-office transfers across Tbilisi and Batumi, week-long transport for visiting delegations, and season-long arrangements for embassies and hospitality partners.

What is included

Included in every corporate retainer

  • Dedicated dispatcher

A single point of contact handles every booking, change and invoice across your account.

  • Named drivers

Your account is assigned named drivers — the same people, every ride.

  • Monthly invoicing

Consolidated billing in EUR or USD with VAT handling. Bookings tagged by department or cost centre.

  • Fixed price, quoted upfront

The price you see at booking is the price you pay. No meter, no surge, no per-kilometre surprises.

  • English-speaking driver

Every driver speaks functional English; meeting point and pickup time confirmed in writing.

  • Named driver on your booking

One driver for the whole journey — no agency-style hand-offs mid-trip.

  • 24/7 dispatch on call

A real dispatcher is reachable by phone, WhatsApp or email around the clock.

Corporate rates are negotiated per engagement. Typical monthly minimums start at €800 for an assigned-driver retainer; volume discounts apply above 40 transfers/month.

Common questions

Corporate FAQs

What is the minimum engagement?

Typical corporate retainers start at 15 transfers/month or €800/month whichever is higher. One-off executive transfers are also available at the standard fixed-price rate.

Can you handle VIP confidentiality?

Yes — NDAs are standard practice for named-driver accounts. Vehicle choice, routing and waiting protocol are all negotiable.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes — every route is priced upfront per vehicle class. Extras (child seats, welcome sign) are optional add-ons listed separately in the booking flow.

What payment methods do you take?

Securely online at booking by card (Visa / Mastercard) in EUR or USD, processed via our secure payment processor with 3-D Secure.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Free up to 24 hours before pickup via the link in your confirmation. Inside 24 hours a 50% charge applies — cancelled flights are exempt.

About this service

How Corporate travel works in practice

The corporate-travel market in Tbilisi splits into two camps: international car services that white-label local drivers (and pass on a 30–40% margin) and one-off taxi bookings handled ad-hoc by an executive assistant. Neither produces a consistent experience for visiting executives or for the companies paying the bill. Popular Taxi sits in the middle: a Georgian-registered chauffeur company with corporate-grade processes — assigned drivers, NDAs as standard, monthly billing tied to your cost centres.

A typical corporate engagement starts with a discovery call to understand the volume profile (how many transfers per month, which routes, who the riders are) and the operational requirements (named drivers, airport meet-and-greet, multi-day rates, billing format). From there we build a retainer that covers a baseline of monthly transfers with overflow billed at a published surcharge — predictable for finance, flexible for the executive assistant booking on short notice.

Every corporate account gets a dedicated dispatcher (one human, not a queue) reachable by phone, WhatsApp and email. Bookings can be tagged by department, project, or visiting-guest name for clean monthly reporting. We invoice in EUR or USD with VAT handled correctly for Georgian tax law, and we sign NDAs as a matter of course — no charge, no negotiation.
