For groups above 4, Popular Taxi runs three vehicle tiers: minivans (8 passengers), minicoaches (19 passengers) and full 55-seat coaches. The same fixed-price, one-quote, named-driver operating model applies at any group size.

Can we book multiple coaches?
Yes — large events often need a fleet. We coordinate multiple vehicles from a single dispatcher contact.
Do drivers stay on-site at events?
For event-day packages, drivers remain on-site for the duration. Wait time is included in the hourly engagement rate.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes — every route is priced upfront per vehicle class. Extras (child seats, welcome sign) are optional add-ons listed separately in the booking flow.
What payment methods do you take?
Securely online at booking by card (Visa / Mastercard) in EUR or USD, processed via our secure payment processor with 3-D Secure.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free up to 24 hours before pickup via the link in your confirmation. Inside 24 hours a 50% charge applies — cancelled flights are exempt.
How Group & coach transfers works in practice
Group transport above eight passengers in Georgia is its own logistical category. The country has plenty of operators with a Sprinter or two, but very few who can field a coordinated fleet of 8-, 19- and 55-seat vehicles for a multi-day event with a single dispatcher across the whole engagement. That’s the role we play for weddings, conferences, retreats and arriving tour groups.
For weddings, we typically handle three discrete movements: airport-to-hotel for arriving guests on Friday, hotel-to-ceremony-to-reception on Saturday, and a Sunday brunch shuttle plus airport returns. The whole engagement is priced once and invoiced once. For conferences, we deploy a dispatcher on-site to keep the fleet synced to the agenda — coffee-break shuttles between hotel blocks, evening-event transport, day-after airport runs. For tour groups, we work directly with the agency’s tour leader on routing and stop times, with the same vehicle and driver across the multi-day itinerary.
Vehicles in the group fleet are inspected weekly and carry full passenger insurance to international group-transport standards. Drivers handling group bookings have additional certification (large-vehicle licence, group-handling training, English fluency) and are assigned by name to each engagement so the same driver returns for each leg of a multi-day booking.
