How point-to-point works
Most bookings on the site are point-to-point transfers: a fixed-price ride from one location to another, one way or return. That covers everything from a hotel-to-restaurant hop inside Tbilisi to a Batumi-to-Mestia long haul through the Svaneti mountains.
The booking widget prices every route in every vehicle class before you commit. For return trips, the pricing assumes one booked driver for both legs with a wait-and-return structure — not two independent bookings, and not two mileage charges.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free up to 24 hours before pickup via the link in your confirmation. Inside 24 hours a 50% charge applies — cancelled flights are exempt.
How Point-to-point transfers works in practice
The point-to-point transfer is the workhorse of any chauffeur business and the booking type most travellers in Georgia search for first: a quoted price between two named locations, a single driver, no surprises. We price every supported route across the country (around 70 active corridors at last count) in all seven vehicle classes — sedan through full coach — and the price you see at booking is the price you pay — taken securely online via 3-D Secure.
The economics of point-to-point matter for travellers planning multi-stop trips. Five separate one-way bookings between Tbilisi, Mtskheta, Stepantsminda, Telavi and Sighnaghi will almost always cost more than a single multi-day arrangement, because each one-way assumes a deadhead return for the driver. We price multi-day and same-driver itineraries differently — share the route at booking and we’ll quote the cheaper of the two.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup; inside 24 hours a 50% charge applies (waived for genuine emergencies). Waiting time during the trip is included up to 15 minutes per stop; longer waits convert to our hourly chauffeur rate, billed in 30-minute increments. Every transfer includes an English-speaking driver, a vehicle inspected the morning of pickup, and one named contact in dispatch reachable for the entire journey.
