The full 55-seat coach — delegations, full-group arrivals, conferences.

The Coach class is reserved for full-group and delegation travel. Typical vehicles on our roster: Mercedes-Benz Travego, Setra S 415, MAN Lion’s Coach — 55 reclining seats, overhead luggage racks, on-board WC, PA system, and climate control across the full cabin. Single professional driver, tinted windows, an on-bus dispatcher radio link, and a named contact at our dispatch desk for every booking.

Most common use cases: delegation arrivals at TBS where a 50-person group lands on a single flight and needs one vehicle from arrivals hall to hotel; conference shuttles from Tbilisi city hotels to a venue outside the city; wedding transport when the guest list is large enough that a minicoach doesn’t fit. Fixed price per route, quoted before booking, one invoice at the end — no surprises, no “extra driver” upcharge, no per-stop fees.

The Coach requires slightly more lead time than smaller classes — we ask for 48 hours notice where possible because the vehicles are rotated across charter work. For conference organisers with recurring booking patterns (weekly shuttles, annual summits), a retainer model with the same vehicle and named driver across every trip is standard practice.
